List of Yummy Mocktails:
1. Cran-apple cider mock-tail
1 part cranberry juice
1 part apple cider
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar. Combine equal parts cranberry juice and apple cider. Garnish with a rock-candy swizzle stick.
3 cups cubed chilled watermelon
1 cup coconut water
a squeeze of fresh lime
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
1-1/2 Cup orange juice
1-1/2 Cup lemon juice
2 Cup sugar
1 Cup water,
1/2 Cup of pineapple juice
1 Bottle of ginger ale
Ice cubes as required
Fruit slices for garnishing
Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water and allow it to cool.Pour it into a punch bowl and add the fruit juices to it, mix well.Add the ginger ale and ice cubes to it.Serve and garnish with fruit slices.
4. Apple watermelon crush
1/2 medium Watermelon (seeded and cubed)
2-3 tbsp Powdered SugarRock
Salt to taste (Sendha Namak)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted and crushed)
1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 medium Apple (grated)
Crushed Ice as required
In a blender, blend together watermelon, powdered sugar, and rock salt until done. Pour the blend into a jar and add crushed cumin seeds, chopped mint and crushed ice and mix well. Add the grated apple to the watermelon juice. Stir and pour into individual glasses. Serve
Garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
5. Coconut cucumber cooler:
4 cups of coconut water
2 cucumbers sliced very thinly
½ cup of lime juice
¼ cup of sugar (optional)
¼ cup chopped mint leaves
Combine coconut water, cucumbers, lime juice, sugar & mint leaves.
let it chill for 1 to 2 hours. Serve it cool.

In a blender, blend together watermelon, powdered sugar, and rock salt until done.Pour the blend into a jar and add crushed cumin seeds, chopped mint and crushed ice and mix well.Add the grated apple to the watermelon juice.Stir and pour into individual glasses. serve garnish with mint leaves.Serve chilled.
