Make a daily schedule that includes your tasks and focuses on accomplishing those tasks. At the end of the day when you have done all those tasks, then it’s time for you to relax and watch some Netflix and chill, but not before that. Try to get out of your home, and make new friends, play outdoor games, join a public speaking club. Fill your day with productive activities so that you don’t miss being around the Internet.
If you are a parent of a teenager who is addicted to the internet, then you need to do the above-mentioned things for your child. Let them know the importance of outdoors sports, socialization, extra-curricular activities, hobbies, studies, and most importantly, responsibility. Indian parents do not do a good job in teaching responsibility to a young child.
