Also, the human brain saves the information to a more permanent location and free up space for new information during sleep. Feed them with proper nutrition
The human body is just like any other machinery. If you don’t maintain it, the desired results cannot be expected. Your child’s brain is in developing stage, feeding them proper nutrients ensures that they reach their full potential in future. If you can, feed your children with fatty fish twice a week as it has essential fats for the development of new brain cells (EPA and DHA).
