GATE has two types of questions –
- Multiple Choice questions (MCQs): These questions have options and candidates must choose carefully as there is negative marking for these questions
- Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions: These questions have to be calculated and carry no negative marking.
4. Solve Previous Year Papers and Mock tests :
Since there are a lot of questions to be solved in a limited period of time. It is important for one to have both accuracy and speed. By solving previous year papers you will also get to know the standard of the questions in Exam.
