Prerequisites

  • A calm, clean, noise free and comfortable environment is good for practising taekwondo.
  • Its favorable to practise on smooth Mat.
  • Dress should be easy and comfortable, neither too tight nor too loose.
  • Should have a level of stamina.
  • A learning attitude.
